I've never really considered my artwork important, that is to say it's never been something I did for recognition or profit. My artwork in its various forms has always been a hobby only. In fact, I cannot even say I've taken myself seriously until recently.

Having said that, I believe it's time for a change. in the last two years my artwork has taken a dramatic turn, and become something more than just a hobby or time killer. I'm not sure If it's ever going to lead anywhere, but it's what I do so I'm putting it all on the table and hoping for results.

I've been hacking away at my vector art, especially my "Contrast" series. With any luck I'll be able to get a few pieces hung in local galleries. That alone would be significant progress worth noting.
